8 oz of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh dill
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon or 1 can of crab, drained
Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly incorporated.
Add the green onions, dill, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
