2 boneless

skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs (for breading)

1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)

6 strips bacon (chopped)

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

3 large egg yolks

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the breaded chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and stir to combine. Whisk in egg yolks and grated Parmesan, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve topped with sliced crispy chicken, extra bacon, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
