  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Boil the tortellini in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
