1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (15 oz) can corn kernels (drained)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened and cubed)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
