1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
