This creamy garlic beef pasta combines tender beef, rich garlic sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta for a comforting and flavorful dinner. It’s the ultimate meal for garlic lovers and pasta enthusiasts!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. Stir in dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.

  5. While the sauce simmers, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it gently to coat with the creamy beef sauce.

  7. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pasta is well coated and the cheese melts into the sauce.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative to beef.

  • For extra creaminess, stir in a bit more heavy cream or add cream cheese.

  • Serve with a side of garlic bread or a simple green salad for a complete meal.
