  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package of large tortillas or flatbreads

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is creamy.
  • Add the chopped spinach and cook until it wilts down.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and scoop a portion of the creamy shrimp filling onto the center. Roll it up tightly.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and shrimp filling.
  • Optionally, grill the rolled tortillas in the skillet for a minute on each side.
