  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Sear the Chicken: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Make the Sauce: Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine & Serve: Return chicken to the pan, coating with the creamy sauce. Serve over cooked basmati rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
