- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Chicken: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Make the Sauce: Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine & Serve: Return chicken to the pan, coating with the creamy sauce. Serve over cooked basmati rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
