1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup honey
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
