Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 tbsp olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 cup heavy cream – 1/4 cup chicken broth – Juice and zest of 1 lemon – 1 tsp dried thyme – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream. Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
