8 ounces of fettuccine or spaghetti
1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
