Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese

3 large eggs

1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is slightly set but still jiggles.
