1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
Sauté the Aromatics: In a large pot over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once shimmering, add the chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add the Pumpkin: Stir in the pumpkin puree and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
