- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in ricotta, Parmesan, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
