- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional for heat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and black pepper.
- Add salmon bites, tossing to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the salmon and toss gently to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the basket.
- Arrange salmon in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm over rice or veggies!

- Swap honey for maple syrup for a different sweetness.
