  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry. Rub with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  2. Bake: Place on a baking sheet skin-side up. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. Rest & serve: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes—watch carefully!

  • Serve with roasted veggies or a fresh salad.

  • Use boneless thighs, but reduce baking time to about 25 minutes.
