4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prep chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry. Rub with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bake: Place on a baking sheet skin-side up. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest & serve: Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
