- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Coat the Cauliflower: In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another, pour the milk. Dip cauliflower florets into milk, then into the flour mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Bake Until Crispy: Arrange on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.
