Ingredients

Instructions

Marinate fish: Soak cod fillets in buttermilk for 10 minutes.

Dredge: Mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each fillet in the dry mix.

Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry fillets for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
