Ingredients
For the chicken:

4 boneless chicken breasts

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp olive oil
For the garlic sauce:

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp flour

1 cup chicken broth
-
½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions

Prepare chicken: Pound chicken to even thickness. Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasoning. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.

Cook chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Make garlic sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in flour, cook 1 minute more. Gradually add broth and cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.

Finish: Stir in Parmesan, season to taste. Pour over crispy chicken. Garnish with parsley.
