  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying or spray oil if baking

  • Instructions

  • Prep the Mushrooms: Clean your mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel. Avoid soaking them in water.
  • Set Up Your Breading Stations: In one bowl, add the flour and a pinch of salt and pepper. In another, whisk together the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Coat the Mushrooms: Dredge each mushroom in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook Them Up: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
