Description

These golden, crispy salmon spring rolls are a fusion favorite—packed with flaky salmon, crunchy veggies, and wrapped in a perfectly crisp shell. They’re an impressive starter or light meal that’s quick, flavorful, and sure to please.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked salmon (flaked)

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 10 spring roll wrappers

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix filling: In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

  • Assemble rolls: Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing edges with water.

  • Fry: Heat oil in a pan. Fry rolls in batches over medium heat until golden and crispy (about 2–3 mins per side).

  • Drain & serve: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use leftover salmon or canned salmon for ease.

  • Air-fryer version: Spray lightly with oil and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.

  • Add rice noodles or bean sprouts for extra texture.
