These golden, crispy salmon spring rolls are a fusion favorite—packed with flaky salmon, crunchy veggies, and wrapped in a perfectly crisp shell. They’re an impressive starter or light meal that’s quick, flavorful, and sure to please.
Ingredients

1 cup cooked salmon (flaked)

1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

½ cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

10 spring roll wrappers

Oil for frying
Instructions

Mix filling: In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Assemble rolls: Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing edges with water.

Fry: Heat oil in a pan. Fry rolls in batches over medium heat until golden and crispy (about 2–3 mins per side).

Drain & serve: Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.

Use leftover salmon or canned salmon for ease.
