1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 tablespoon of fresh dill
1 clove of garlic, minced

Instructions
Boil the Potatoes: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender but not falling apart.
