Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling or air-frying)
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Spicy Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or hot sauce)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Prepare Breading: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat Salmon: Dip each salmon cube into flour, then egg, then panko mixture. Press to coat well.
  • Cook:
    • Air Fryer: Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Oven: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, until crispy.
    • Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Make Sauce: Mix mayo, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  • Serve: Drizzle sauce over salmon bites or serve on the side. Enjoy with rice, salad, or as a snack!

  • Use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs for a GF option.
