- 2 salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling or air-frying)
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Spicy Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or hot sauce)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare Breading: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Coat Salmon: Dip each salmon cube into flour, then egg, then panko mixture. Press to coat well.
- Cook:
- Air Fryer: Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Oven: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, until crispy.
- Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan and fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Make Sauce: Mix mayo, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Serve: Drizzle sauce over salmon bites or serve on the side. Enjoy with rice, salad, or as a snack!

- Use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs for a GF option.
