  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken – Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.

2️⃣ Make the Sauce – In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth.

3️⃣ Slow Cook – Place chicken thighs in the crock pot, pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the top, and cover.

4️⃣ Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
