Description

This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate party pleaser—creamy, spicy, and packed with flavor. It’s a breeze to make and perfect for game days, potlucks, or any gathering. Serve it with chips, crackers, or veggies for an irresistible snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great!)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip Mixture:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer to Crockpot:
    • Grease the inside of your crockpot lightly with cooking spray. Pour the dip mixture into the crockpot and spread evenly.
  3. Cook the Dip:
    • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Add Final Touches:
    • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking, allowing it to melt.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies like celery and carrots.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or increase the buffalo sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or crockpot.
  • To make it lighter, use low-fat cream cheese and ranch dressing.
