1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound medium pasta shells
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir until combined.
- In a large crockpot, layer the uncooked medium pasta shells, then pour the beef mixture over the shells.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
