Tender, juicy chicken slow-cooked in a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce. This dump-and-go crockpot meal is effortless comfort food — perfect over rice, noodles, or veggies!
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Add to crockpot: Place chicken in the slow cooker.

Make sauce: In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Pour over chicken.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender.

Optional thickening: Remove chicken. Mix cornstarch with water, stir into sauce, and cook on high for 10–15 min until thick.

Shred & serve: Shred chicken or serve whole. Drizzle with sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
