2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of salsa verde
1 can (15 oz) of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup of corn kernels
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
8–10 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup of shredded cheese
Fresh cilantro, diced avocado, and lime wedges for garnish
Start by placing the chicken at the bottom of your crockpot.

Add in the black beans and corn; stir gently to combine everything.
