Ingredients
For the Crust:

200g chocolate cookie crumbs

75g melted butter
For the Filling:

500g cream cheese, softened

150g sugar

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

100ml sour cream

2 tbsp instant espresso powder (dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Make the Crust: Mix crumbs with butter, press into a springform pan. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes.

Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream, espresso, and vanilla.

Bake: Pour over crust, bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45–50 mins. Cool gradually, then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Top & Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa or chocolate shavings before serving.
