Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

• 5 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

• Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)


Instructions

1. Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add chicken bites in a single layer and sear until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.

5. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.

6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.

7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with optional lemon wedges.

Notes
