8 oz of elbow macaroni or your pasta of choice
1 cup of dill pickles, diced
1/2 cup of red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of celery, diced
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of dill pickle juice
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced dill pickles, chopped red onion, and diced celery.
