This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is a creamy, crunchy, and zesty side dish that’s perfect for potlucks, barbecues, or just pickle lovers! Every bite is packed with briny goodness and refreshing herbs.
Ingredients

12 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)

1 cup chopped dill pickles

½ cup pickle juice (for soaking pasta)

¾ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup chopped red onion

½ cup chopped celery
-
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Soak pasta in pickle juice for 5–10 minutes, then drain.

Mix dressing: In a bowl, whisk mayo, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper.

Combine pasta with pickles, celery, onion, and dressing. Toss well.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Add cheddar cheese cubes or bacon bits for extra flavor.

Adjust pickle juice amount for more or less tang.
