Description
These Crab Bombs pack bold flavor in every bite. They’re crispy on the outside, tender inside, and bursting with fresh crab and spices. Perfect for appetizers or party snacks.
Ingredients
1 lb lump crab meat (shells removed)
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Butter for greasing
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter.
2. In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, crushed crackers, mayo, egg, Dijon, Worcestershire, Old Bay, garlic powder, and parsley.
3. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
4. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing gently.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
7. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh lump crab meat for the best texture and flavor.
Avoid overmixing to keep the crab bombs light and tender.
You can refrigerate the formed mixture for 15 minutes before baking for easier handling.
