Instructions

Mix filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well-mixed.

Form bombs: Take a small spoonful of the cheese mixture and roll it into a ball. Coat the ball with chopped pistachios, pressing gently to adhere.

Coat: Dip each pistachio cheese bomb in the beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Fry: Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cheese bombs in batches, turning occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy.
