Description
These rich, creamy cheesecake bars are swirled with luscious dulce de leche and set on a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for parties, picnics, or a sweet pick-me-up!
Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup dulce de leche (plus extra for drizzling)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.

Pour the mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche on top and gently swirl with a knife.

Bake for 35–40 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Slice into bars and drizzle with extra dulce de leche before serving.
Notes

For easier cutting, chill overnight and use a hot knife.

You can substitute dulce de leche with thick caramel sauce if desired.

Bars can be frozen for up to 2 months—just thaw before serving.
