  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ⅓ cup Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or rosemary)

  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

  • Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and thyme.

  • Season chicken: Place chicken in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the honey Dijon sauce evenly over the top.
