Description
Easy Bang Bang Chicken features crispy chicken bites tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce—perfect for a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Coat chicken pieces evenly in cornstarch.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
6. Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until coated.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
Adjust the sriracha for more or less heat.
For extra crunch, double fry the chicken.
