Description
These Easy Broccoli Bites are crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and packed with flavor! A perfect way to sneak in some greens, they make a great snack, appetizer, or side dish. Quick to prepare and totally delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped broccoli (steamed & finely chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
3️⃣ Shape mixture into small balls or patties and place them on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve warm with your favorite dip, like ranch or marinara sauce!
Notes
✔ Make it gluten-free by using almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
✔ Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
✔ Add a kick with a pinch of red pepper flakes or paprika!
