Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli (steamed & finely chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
3️⃣ Shape mixture into small balls or patties and place them on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve warm with your favorite dip, like ranch or marinara sauce!

Notes

Make it gluten-free by using almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Add a kick with a pinch of red pepper flakes or paprika!
