Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red & 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, toss sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove.
3️⃣ In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers, garlic, and ginger for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Add beef broth, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir well.
5️⃣ Return beef to the pan and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6️⃣ Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
