Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for topping)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Roll out puff pastry and brush with melted butter.

  • Mix cocoa powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over pastry. Add chocolate chips.

  • Cut pastry into strips, twist each strip into a knot, and place on the baking sheet.

  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.
