Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1/2 cup chicken broth – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and minced garlic until smooth. Place browned chicken in a baking dish and pour cream cheese mixture over them. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve warm with your favorite side.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best creaminess. Add chopped spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
