3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 cup frozen peas
2–3 green onions, chopped
2–3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté the minced garlic and diced onion for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the diced carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they're tender.
Add the frozen peas and the white parts of the green onions, cooking for an additional minute.
