Ingredients
8 large eggs
2–3 tablespoon milk or cream
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 cup cheese
1–2 cups vegetables

Optional leftover meat
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, pepper, and baking powder until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
- Add the vegetables, cheese, and optional meat or herbs to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
