Ingredients
Scale
1 lb sirloin steak or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Start by cutting your steak into bite-sized cubes. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Toss the cubed steak with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed steak to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Transfer the steak bites to a plate and cover with foil.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, scraping up any brown bits from the skillet.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened.
Add the steak bites back into the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
