2 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium of onion, diced
3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes, optional
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
Prep your ingredients: Start by washing and trimming the green beans. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. The more organized you are, the quicker this will come together!
Heat it up: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the diced onions and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.
