1 tablespoon honey or sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1–2 teaspoons chili oil or chili flakes
2–3 green onions, finely chopped
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well blended.
Add the honey (or sugar) to the mixture. Stir until it’s completely dissolved.
Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
