  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lime (optional)

  • Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat up the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté until it's translucent and starting to brown.
