1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening (optional, for melting chocolate)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, canned pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
