A quick and flavorful pizza topped with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and classic taco toppings for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 pre-made pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Sour cream and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
3. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer until thickened.
4. Spread salsa evenly over pizza crust.
5. Top crust with seasoned beef, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses.
6. Add black olives, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños.
7. Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
9. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Use a store-bought crust for speed.
Adjust jalapeños to control spiciness.
Add avocado or guacamole as an extra topping.
