2 pints of fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Wash and hull the strawberries, cutting them in half.
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
